For property managers
Rental fence replacements, made easy
One email and the fence is handled: we book the measure with your tenant, quote both owners’ shares side by side, build it, and send you a photo report when it is done. Across Kingston, Bayside, Glen Eira and Monash.
Less chasing, fewer emails
Free on-site measure and written quote
No deposit to book and no fee for the visit. We just need 24 hours’ notice, and we book the time with your tenant so you do not have to.
Both shares, side by side
On a shared boundary the quote shows the landlord’s share and the neighbour’s share next to each other, ready to forward to the owner and the neighbour without rewriting a thing.
Completion report with photos
When the fence is finished you get a completion report with photos and the signed off checklist, ready to file against the property and send to the owner.
Hardwood posts as standard
Every timber paling fence goes in on hardwood posts set in concrete. Built to last between tenancies, not just until the next inspection.
Shared boundary? We make the paperwork simple

The landlord fence guide
A short PDF to send owners: when a rental fence needs replacing, how the neighbour’s share works, and what happens on the day.
Fair questions, straight answers.
Do you do fence repairs on rentals?
No. We build new and replacement fences only, so we are the right call when a rental fence is past fixing, leaning, rotten or down after a storm.
Which areas do you cover?
We are based in Heatherton, so Kingston, Bayside, Glen Eira and Monash are home turf. We also work across the rest of metropolitan Melbourne.
Who pays for a shared boundary fence?
Usually the two owners split it equally under the Fences Act 1968 (Vic). Our who pays guide explains the rules, and our free fencing notice tool fills in the formal notice for the owner.
Can the landlord see a price before the measure?
Yes. Anyone can get a free online instant estimate in about two minutes by drawing the fence line on the map. The written quote after the measure is the firm figure.
