Having previously worked with the owners of this beautiful apartment in their family home, it was a breeze working through the design and making all the selections for this gorgeous South Yarra apartment. We replaced all the hardwood flooring and carpets, two new bathrooms and a new kitchen following the existing layouts. We kept to a neutral palette with hard-wearing surfaces and epoxy grouts to ensure the rental property stays in tip-top condition for years to come. We painted throughout the property and added a pop of colour in the kitchen splashback to finish everything off.
