A substaintial home renovation was undetkaen at the Pennydale residence. The brief was to provide an undercover car parking space, front porce/verandah and landscape. We also put in a new remote control sliding gate with a white picket fence to complete the external works. Internally we cleaned up the old fire place with a new hearth and tiles whilst mounting a tv above and concealing the cables. New bathrooms and laundry to service the busy family of 5 were designed to be robust and thoughtfully laid out to maximise the feeling of space.
