Rhonda initially reached out with plans from a draftsman. Whilst the drawings looked good, we could squeeze some additional storage out of the existing home with a few tweaks to door positions. We ended up with a significantly larger kitchen, a gorgeous new bathroom, a bright, fresh laundry, a considerable bank of bookshelves, and record storage and wine storage areas. We also replaced windows with high-tech double-glazing units. We provided new flooring throughout the home and lots of little touches, such as moving light switches into more functional positions and adding additional powerpoints in sensible locations.
