We are looking for experienced fencing subcontractors who build tidy, solid fences and look after customers. We bring the work, the paperwork and a fixed price per job. You bring the skills.

Customers come to us through our website, our free online instant estimate, letterbox flyers and referrals. We do the on-site measure and written quote, deal with neighbours and any permits, order the materials and book the job. Then we hand it to an installer we trust with everything needed to build it right first time.
We find the customers, measure every job, write the quote, and sort the neighbour and permit paperwork. You turn up and build.
Every job comes as a clear work order with a fixed price, the scope, the materials and the access notes. Accept it or decline it, your call.
Submit your invoice in the portal once the job is signed off and it goes into our weekly Friday pay run. You can track it the whole way.
Work orders, site details, SWMS sign on, ITP checklists, photos and invoices all live in our subcontractor portal.
No lock in and no exclusivity. Keep your own customers and your own name. A cash bonus for jobs that come from flyers you drop.
Materials are ordered and delivered to site as the work order says, so you are not chasing suppliers between jobs.

Hardwood posts as standard, set out right, posts plumb and concreted to depth, and the installation and completion checklists ticked with photos.
Sign on to the job SWMS each morning, check the Before You Dig plans before digging, stop for suspected asbestos, and report any incident or near miss the same day.
On time, courteous and respectful of the property and the neighbours. Customer details are for the job only, never for your own work.
Site swept with a magnet, waste to the right tips with the dockets kept, and no offcuts or spoil left behind.
If something you built fails a check or a defect turns up, you come back and fix it promptly.
Tell us about your business, upload your white card and insurance, and give us at least two referees.

You get a portal login, sign the subcontractor agreement and complete the short site induction.
Jobs are offered through the portal. Accept the ones that suit you.
